Delivery & Returns

We offer national delivery across the UK for a flat rate of £75 per order, regardless of size.

Delivery typically takes 4–8 working days. Once your order is placed, we'll be in touch to arrange a delivery window that works for you. Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we take care to ensure they arrive safely.

For larger items, our delivery partner will bring the piece inside your property to a ground-floor room of your choice. Please let us know at the time of ordering if there are any access restrictions we should be aware of.

If you'd prefer to collect in person, that's absolutely fine — and free of charge. Once your order is confirmed, we'll arrange a collection time that suits you.

Because every piece we sell is unique, we ask that you take a careful look at the photos and description before purchasing. We're always happy to send additional photos or answer questions — just get in touch.

If a piece arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll make it right. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
